What separates an aerobic system that runs for years from one that fails early is work nobody sees on the quote. The tank gets set level so the chambers treat the way they should. The spray field is sized off what the soil actually showed and laid to hold every setback. The control panel goes where the alarm can be heard. We also say no. A routine tank pump-out belongs to a pump truck, and they are cheaper at it than we are. We will not sell a system a lot does not need, nor promise a conventional one this soil will not carry. The evaluation settles it, and we let it.
